About the Role
Our client, a leading global organization in the energy sector, is looking to hire a Contract Global Mobility Compensation Analyst for a 12-month contract (with potential for extension or conversion to full-time). This is a hybrid position based in Calgary.
Responsibilities
Support the Compensation and Global Mobility team in the implementation and administration of compensation and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global regulatory compliance.
Participate in domestic and international market surveys, perform data analysis and reporting, and contribute to program recommendations.
Support immigration assessments, documentation, and compliance for international and cross-border business travellers, contractors, and expatriates, including managing eTAs, travel letters, and visas.
Monitor immigration reports for expiry dates, initiate extension processes, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
