About the Role
Elevate financial analysis skills with Trans Mountain as a Contract Cost Allocation Financial Analyst in Calgary, Alberta. This role focuses on developing cost allocation models and managing financial data integrity.
In this six-month contract position, you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Your responsibilities will include building and enhancing cost allocation models, processing monthly allocations, and analyzing cost trends for effective budgeting and forecasting. Accuracy in financial data and collaboration with data owners are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance cost allocation models for budgeting
• Process monthly cost allocations and prepare journal entries
• Analyze trends and variances to support forecasting
• Prepare annual true-up of actual cost allocations
