Job Description Contracts Administrator/Analyst  
The Contracts Administrator/Analyst undertakes all tasks directly related to the contract coordination and contract lifecycle management. 
Duties & Responsibilities Production  
Extracts data from the client’s proprietary databases to prepare contract summaries for approval 
During the summary preparation and contract data entry, ensures that the data is accurate by verifying information previously entered by procurement representatives 
Timely submits the contract summaries for approval 
Acts as the liaison between the members of the Procurement Department and third party vendors/suppliers to ensure that contracts are properly executed and delivered
