About the Role
Atom Resources are currently working with a contractor delivering major data centre projects across NSW, supporting them on the hire of an experienced Contract Administrator on a temporary basis.
This is a hybrid role within a live project environment, supporting the commercial delivery of complex, fast-paced builds. Brief below:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing subcontractor packages from procurement through to final account
- Variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
- Supporting project teams with commercial decision-making
- Reviewing scopes, contracts, and managing risk
- Working closely with site teams and project stakeholders
