Continuous Improvement Specialist - Hanoi/ HCMC

The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence by optimizing production efficiency, implementing Lean methodologies, and supporting automation initiatives in manufacturing.

• Optimize mass production processes to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Lead and implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives across production
• Identify inefficiencies and drive waste reduction (time, material, labor)
• Develop and execute continuous improvement projects with measurable outcomes
• Manage automation initiatives and support transition from manual to semi/automated processes
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure performance and compliance
• Conduct regular factory visits to evaluate processes and implement improvements
