Continuous Improvement Engineer

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
The Engineer will be accountable for executing operational excellence and continuous improvement across a diverse manufacturing environment using Lean & Six Sigma, project management methodologies, and ProLaunch principles to rigorously drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (Productivity), and Inventory.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include leading and supervising all Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and Kaizen events across the facility, driving continuous improvement team activities, and advancing manufacturing performance through Lean Six Sigma.Utilize the Eaton Lean Six Sigma system to improve the facilities overall performance, deploying Continuous Improvement principles and processes.Develop and implement new or revised manufacturing methods in assigned areas to reduce production costs, improve efficiency and eliminate waste.Lead, facilitate,...
