Continuous Improvement Engineer (CI Engineer) (Precision machining)

Key Responsibilities
Lean Competences & Training Develop personal expertise in Lean tools and methodologies applied in manufacturing operations.
Train and coach production teams on Lean standards, tools, and best practices to ensure proper implementation.
Participate in regional/global Kaizen events and share best practices across teams.
Contribute to Lean working groups to improve standards and tools.
Lean Strategy & System Deployment Ensure Lean principles are embedded in new projects at the appropriate stage.
Support the Production/Plant Manager in maintaining a continuous improvement culture across operations.
Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and propose annual Kaizen/workshop plans to drive productivity improvements.
Define and support Lean strategy, including Lean targets and budgeting.
Manage Lean system deployment, including self-assessments and improvement action plans.
Implement Lean standards and best practices across production teams.
