Continuous Improvement Coordinator | FMCG
We're looking for a proactive Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site and support improvement projects across operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with CI or manufacturing experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and driving positive change on site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support continuous improvement activities across the site
- Help identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes
- Work with teams to deliver improvement projects
- Track performance data and highlight improvement opportunities
- Promote CI tools and best practice across departments
