Responsibilities

• Operate AI effect and pro‑use template operations: monitor external viral AI trends, brainstorm new AI effect styles, and analyze high‑performance template genres.
• Plan and execute in‑app or co‑branding AI effect template production events to attract creators and produce high‑quality templates for CapCut PH users.
• Manage top creator communities and host regular tutorial workshops to educate template creators, polish their template‑making skills, and improve template quality.
