The role is responsible for translating workforce, compensation, benefits, and operational data into actionable business insights, while leading projects that improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
This position combines People Analytics, Total Rewards, Business Operations, and Project Management responsibilities to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
