Construction Technical Lead & Project Coordinator

Provide technical advice as well as expertise in construction activities to all project groups

• Support to develop and execute all program reviews
• Coordinate technical activities amongst Project Team and Site Personnel
• Develop and maintain strong human relations as well as convey required skills
• Conduct administrative and technical reviews of continuing company projects.
• Study flaws in construction projects undertaken and report to management.
• Collaborate with project teams from the tender stage through to project completion.
• Oversee and manage project documentation and control.
• Lead project planning, including work sequencing, manpower planning, and logistics planning.
• Develop comprehensive method statements and review shop drawings.
• Formulate and implement project quality plans.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to stakeholder
