Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) - DoD
Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Start Date: January 2026
The Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) supports Department of Defense secure construction projects by detecting, deterring, and neutralizing technical surveillance threats throughout all phases of construction. The CST ensures facilities meet Government security standards and accreditation requirements under applicable Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) criteria.
The contractor shall provide CST personnel who have successfully completed a 40-hour, industry-recognized CST certification course and possess the technical expertise, judgment, and operational experience necessary to support sensitive and secure construction environments, including SCIF-related projects.
