We are seeking a dedicated
Construction SiteSupervisor
to oversee and coordinate daily site operations. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will lead site teams, enforce WSH requirements, and resolve operational issues effectively. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities, including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, and heavy‑day operations. Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and equipment to achieve project milestones. Review technical drawings and method statements; provide hands‑on guidance to site teams. Monitor workmanship quality and enforce compliance with specifications and WSH standards. Plan and allocate resources efficiently to minimize delays and wastage.
