Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise and manage of construction workers on dailysite activities.
- Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are ontime.
- Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain goodhouse-keeping.
- Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completedworks.
- Check and ensure material order and fabrication works incompliance with the specification and drawings.
- Responsible for the day to day supervision of projectsand carry out associated administrative duties.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructivefeedback and coaching
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use ofproper construction techniques.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
- Pass on information from upper management to employeesand vice-versa.
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies andprocedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises. <...
