Construction Supervisor

This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who knows how to deliver in demanding, security-sensitive environments. You'll be joining a specialist team working across Defence and government projects in Western Sydney — taking real ownership of site delivery and making a visible impact from day one.

The role As Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the full coordination of on-site construction activity — from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. Day to day, that means:

Supervising works during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications

Managing subcontractors, trades and site labour across concurrent work fronts
