Salary Range:  $100/hr to $105/hr on W2 

Introduction

The Lease Construction Project Safety Advisor (PSA) is a critical safety leadership role responsible for supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance across leased data center construction projects. This role ensures that lease partners effectively implement and maintain safety programs in alignment with Global Construction Safety Policy, contractual safety requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience (and/or combination of experience and education) in construction safety, EHS, or a related field.


• Experience in data center or mission-critical construction.


• Familiarity with high-risk activity (HRA) programs and electrical safety/commissioning environments.
