About the Role
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Analyze and report on project financial performance
- Assist with tender preparation and bid submissions
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry regulations and standards
- with some admin works
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
- This position will be office and site based.
