Construction Quantity Surveyor

Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts Analyze and report on project financial performance Assist with tender preparation and bid submissions Ensure compliance with relevant construction industry regulations and standards with some admin works
What we're looking for Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Minimum 2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong negotiation and contract management skills In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards This position will be office and site based.
