Construction Project Manager
Surrey, BC
Growing commercial GC seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial TI projects across the Lower Mainland ranging from approximately $2M–$10M.
Projects include office, retail, restaurant, and financial institution interiors.
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and change orders
- Coordinating subtrades, consultants, suppliers, and clients
- Working closely with Site Superintendents to maintain schedules and quality
- Managing project documentation and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 5–10 years of commercial construction experience
- Previous PM or Superintendent experience
- Strong commercial TI background
- Experience with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and MS Office
