As Project Manager, you'll coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets exceeding $8 million, and ensure project quality through effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and daily operations
• Prepare construction budget estimates and monitor progress
• Plan schedules, hire, and supervise subcontractors
• Read blueprints and utilize CADD software
• Develop risk management and quality control programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Minimum five years of related project management experience
