We're looking for a Construction Project Manager (d/f/m) to join our Project Development team in Madrid !

Responsibilities

• You will lead projects from company perspective, ensuring full alignment with objectives and contractual obligations
• You are responsible for improving the look and feel of our properties and ensuring the long‑term satisfaction of our guests
• You will oversee the whole design process for our new properties, from interior concepts to actual selection and planning of furniture solutions
• You will evaluate buildings and projects in terms of location, design and layout, also by actively visiting new properties and assisting in their development
• You will suggest design solutions for specific assets, deal with landlords and coordinate with external stakeholders, from signing to construction of projects
