Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage pre-construction activities, scheduling, budgeting, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
**this role is eligible for per diem if residence is over 50 miles from site**
Responsibilities
+ Manage all phases of pre-construction, preplanning, and construction project scheduling process.
+ Develop, review, and manage project budgets; oversee costs, cash flow, and overall profitability.
+ Negotiate and establish subcontractor contracts with external vendors, ensuring beneficial agreements for the project.
