Construction Project Buyer

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in the application of purchasing procedures and policies;
• Identify and qualify partners for our projects (works companies, technical equipment suppliers, etc.);
• Manage consultations for all project packages in collaboration with the project direction and technical teams;
• Negotiate contractual conditions with our partners in collaboration with our legal department;
• Lead commercial negotiations of partner offers after analysing them (benchmarking, price breakdown, etc.);
• Support our multi‑country technical and purchasing teams by finding partners, arranging factory visits, attending fairs, etc.

Profile

With a master’s degree in purchasing, management or an engineering degree, you have at least three years of experience in a similar position within a construction company such as a general contractor, CSA, HVAC or electrical contractor.
