About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting operations for construction projects.
  • Process invoices, payment vouchers, purchase orders and expense claims.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Verify supplier invoices, subcontractor claims and project-related expenses.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
  • Assist in monthly closing, financial reports and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, project managers and internal departments.
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties.
