CONSTRUCTION PLANNER

1. Master Programme & Detailed Scheduling Develop, review, and maintain the Master Construction Programme, including baseline, recovery, and mitigation schedules. Prepare detailed construction schedules aligned with procurement, approvals, and site constraints. Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose programme recovery strategies. Interface closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity. 2. Site Utilisation & Logistics Planning Prepare Site Utilisation Plans (SUP) reflecting site access, hoarding, temporary facilities, material storage, lifting zones, and traffic flow. Develop Logistics Plans addressing: Material delivery sequencing Access constraints and off-site storage (if applicable) Coordination with authorities, neighbours, and stakeholders Ensure site logistics are aligned with construction phasing and safety requirements. 3.
