Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of experience in irrigation and water infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in execution of Rock Fill Dam projects
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities related to Rock Fill Dam works
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and equipment deployment
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned work packages
- Monitor daily progress and productivity
- Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and engineering teams
- Resolve construction-related issues and implement corrective actions
