Construction Manager (Mining Facilities)

Lead all site construction activities for accommodation buildings, dining facilities, offices, clinics, recreational areas, warehouses, roads, drainage, utilities, and related infrastructure. Develop and implement the construction execution plan, site mobilisation plan, work methods, manpower plan, equipment plan, and construction sequence. Manage main contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings and specifications. Monitor construction progress against the approved schedule and implement recovery plans where delays or productivity issues are identified. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Quality, HSE, Commissioning, and Project Controls teams to resolve technical and execution issues.
