Scope of the Role
The Construction Manager owns the project execution for the fire protection systems. You will report to the Operations/Contracts Manager and set specific goals for your elements of the project that align with the overall project objectives. Your role is primarily to ensure that the project is built in accordance with the scope; schedule and budget as set out in the overall project programme. While the package lead is the project manager for a given scope, your job is the “on the ground management” of the trades. Given the size and complexity of our project’s collaboration across all disciplines is key to our success, and as such you will not only need to take direction from the package, but also interact with all other packages in developing and implementing the construction plans.
