Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure completion in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required
- Develop and maintain pre‑construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules
- Plan, coordinate and/or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s)
- Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to
- Lead and develop area initiatives and best practices that align with the business goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 15+ years of supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI, defence sector, healthcare construction, and/or residential projects
