As a Construction Manager at Grandspan Development Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects in Binangonan Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules, and closely monitoring progress to identify and mitigate risks
- Coordinating and managing the activities of on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Reviewing and approving technical specifications, blueprints, and other construction documents
- Ensuring all necessary permits, approvals, and safety protocols are in place
