Responsibilities
Direct overall construction activities for pharmaceutical laboratory and office retrofit project, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters Lead multidisciplinary construction teams including mechanical, electrical, CSA package leads, and coordinate with safety, contracts, and commissioning personnel Ensure all construction activities comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP requirements, and applicable building codes for laboratory environments Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, coordinate sequencing of retrofit activities to minimize disruption to ongoing operations Implement quality control procedures specific to pharma construction, oversee inspections, and ensure work meets design specifications and industry standards
