Job Description
Site Management:
- Lead site management for the entire project, ensuring operations are on track with the project plan and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure effective coordination between teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve site-related issues quickly.
Safety Management:
- Serve as the On-Site Safety Officer, ensuring that all safety measures are strictly followed.
- Lead safety training sessions and conduct regular safety audits, ensuring zero incidents on-site.
Contract Management:
- Take responsibility for reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with agreed‑upon terms and schedules.
