Construction Estimator

* Review orders on contract for contract compliance
* Manage all orders on contract within a geographical location
* Estimate and negotiate orders on contract with contractors in accordance with the contract
* Act as liaison between contractors, field personnel, client, executive staff and contract management on issues and complex matters
* Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
* 4 years in cost estimation experience which includes cost preparation, review of architectural, mechanical, electrical components of building projects
* Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

* Estimating experience in all areas of construction
