About the Role
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course
- Preferably with experience in construction, electrical, or engineering industry
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willing to work in both office and project site environments
- Able to learn and work with ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to project engineers, supervisors, and management
- Handle document control including permits, contracts, reports, and project files
- Assist in coordinating requirements between site teams, suppliers, Sales, and Accounting
- Support procurement activities such as Material Requests (MRF), Purchase Requests (PR), and supplier coordination
