About the Role
Key Responsibilities - Managing Veeva platform-specific configurations and governance - Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements where applicable - Coordinating with Technical Service Owners and Business System Owners - Managing Key Users and training programs - Overseeing Veeva documentation management processes Looking after Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Issue Management.
- Continuous support for the ongoing projects, migrations, generic releases and minor releases – hypercare process setup, hypercare meetings, trackers reporting, governance.
- Managing and leading a group of support team members (vendors/contractors). Mentor and support junior configuration engineers and DevOps specialists, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
