Configuration Engineer (m/f/d)

Overview

What We Are Looking For In Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for a new Configuration Engineer to establish, implement, and govern configuration management processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute configuration management activities throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Ensure consistency between requirements, configuration baselines, and technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle
• Lead and coordinate engineering change management (ECM) processes
• Perform configuration identification activities for both software and hardware products in accordance with defined procedures
• Ensure configuration documentation is properly maintained, controlled, and traceable in the PLM system in compliance with configuration management principles
• Basic knowledge of Configuration Management standards such as ACMP-2100, ACMP-2000, MIL-STD-973, MIL-HDBK-61B, ISO 10007
