About the Role
**Description:**
You will be the Configuration Management Lead for the Product Engineering & Systems Integration Team. Our team drives the integrity of product baselines, delivers disciplined change control processes, and ensures that every engineering modification is traceable, compliant, and aligned with customer commitments.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Configuration Management Lead you will own the end to end change control lifecycle—facilitating Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings, scrutinizing engineering change packages for technical and programmatic impact, and safeguarding the accuracy of our configuration data. You’ll work side by side with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and support to keep the product baseline clean and delivery schedules on track.
