Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Conduct product testing and evaluation, identifying quality and firmware issues.
- Assist in designing networking and CCTV solutions for various company products.
- Support the team in developing and maintaining training materials for local service teams and corporate clients.
- Help prepare technical proposals and presentations (heatmaps, bill of materials) to showcase solutions.
- Work alongside the local service team to provide technical support to corporate clients.
- Get hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
