Additional Skills & Qualifications

3–5+ years of enterprise desktop and endpoint support (Windows and macOS)
Experience with endpoint management and deployment tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF, MDT)
Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
