Install hardware components and network cables. Configure network software. Identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure long-term network performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with the network. Make sure the network is working securely. Provide technical support to employees.
Collaborate with other members of the IT team and management. Perform necessary network infrastructure upgrades as required. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Professional accreditation of certified network. Previous experience in a similar role. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional knowledge of various network technologies. Good communication and teamwork skills. Have a customer support attitude.
