Job Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, the Composite Assembly Operator Level I performs a variety of standard, generally repetitive manufacturing activities involved in the fabrication, assembly, and machine operations required to manufacture composite parts or assemblies. This role provides hands-on support to higher-level Assembly II personnel and contributes to the safe, timely, and high-quality production of aerospace components in accordance with established work instructions, quality standards, and safety regulations. This is an entry level role and training will be provided.
