About the Role
Essential Job Duties
- Sort, repair, test and hands‑on troubleshoot electronic hardware, including but not limited to servers, network equipment, computers and spare parts
- Configure products to customer specifications
- Generate discrepancy reports
- Provide customer technical support
- Interface with Inventory, Production Control, Supply Chain, and Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any customer’s technical issues
- Address any inventory spec issues and provide updates to Supply Chain, Inventory Control and Management
- Assist Operations team and other departments as needed
- Adhere to and maintain ESD requirements in all required work areas
- Adhere to and maintain all quality, safety and environmental processes and policies
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and learn quickly.
