Our client is an established refrigerated transport operator based in Dandenong South, running a modern heavy vehicle fleet across Victoria. With a strong operational culture and a genuine commitment to safety and compliance, the business is investing in its HSE function and has created this new role to strengthen its compliance outcomes from the ground up.
The Role
This is a hands-on, operational compliance role sitting within the HSE function and working in close partnership with the Operations team every day. It is not a strategic or policy-heavy position. It is a doing role, and it will suit someone who takes genuine ownership of detail, knows the heavy vehicle compliance space well, and is motivated by driving real behavioural change across a driver population.
