As a Risk & Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously enhancing the compliance and risk management framework of Heraeus Electronics in alignment with Heraeus Corporate Functions. You ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to safeguard the company’s reputation and sustainability. Moreover, you act as the primary point of contact for compliance matters, collaborating closely with senior leadership and corporate stakeholders.
