Responsibilities
- Effective implementation of the AML Manual, policies, procedures and controls and ensure their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Risk assessment process ensuring that all compliance risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported and monitored.
- Development of training material and in the provision of training and updates on compliance matters.
- Audit company practices, procedures, and documents to identify potential weaknesses or areas of non-compliance.
- Educating employees about compliance requirements, ethical standards, and internal policies through training programs.
- Documentation for KYC section of the permanent files for our audit clients.
- Keep abreast and review of new and amended regulations and advise on necessary actions to be taken.
