Role Overview:
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end regulatory adherence, compliance testing, RBI reporting, and compliance governance as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and perform Compliance Testing of RBI Tranche III within defined timelines.
- Prepare quarterly notes to the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB) on compliance testing observations.
- Review compliance observations, conduct discussions with stakeholders, and finalize compliance reports.
