We’re supporting a major mission-critical contractor setting up their operation across the Nordics region.

This role sits directly alongside project delivery and focuses on building compliance processes from the ground up within a live construction environment. You’ll work closely with local authorities, client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to construction standards, regulatory requirements and operational compliance procedures across active projects in Finland.

The position would suit someone who understands how compliance operates within fast-paced construction environments — particularly across data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or mission critical projects.
