Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to independently manage
statutory compliance, government apprenticeship and skill development schemes, social compliance, labour law compliance, and EHS
requirements across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and customer compliance requirements while driving audit readiness and effective stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in managing government schemes such as
NATS, NAPS, Samarth, PMVBRY
and other employment and skill development initiatives, along with labour law compliance and factory-related statutory requirements.
