Completion Supervisor - Level 3

**Description:**
You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F‑16 Production Completion team which is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the integration of sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead a skilled team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets for interior completion.
+ Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and FAA regulations.
+ Manage workforce planning – hiring, training, performance evaluations, and work assignments.
