Overview

The Opportunity

His/her mission will be to provide the necessary information to better understand market dynamics in the Beauty Industry (Fragrances, Makeup and Skincare categories). You will be part of the Strategic Planning & Analytics team, analyzing data, extracting insights, leading report automation efforts, supporting dashboard development, and ensuring monthly and annual reports are up to date. You will also conduct ad-hoc analyses based on departmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Insights and Reporting: Create and maintain global and regional sell-out reports, including executive summaries to support the understanding of market dynamics.
• Insights and Reporting: Provide monthly rankings and detailed reports to assess Puig’s competitive position (from player level to franchise level).
• Insights and Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
